Becoming Health Wise
As business owners, we all can appreciate the fact that our bodies must be able to withstand a 24-7 work week. We do not have the luxury of a 9-5 job. We must stay healthy to operate at our highest potential.
Dr. Michael Smith gave us such great information at our last meeting. Due to the overwhelming response from our guest on what he has to offer, we have asked him to return as our guest speaker for the May event.
Dr. Smith is with the Carolinas Natural Health Clinic. He will be sharing valuable information that will help keep us healthy. He will also share changes in the field of Naturopathic Medicine that will affect our choices when it comes to alternative medicine in North Carolina. To learn more about his practice please visit www.carolinasnaturalhealth.com
To inspire you to a more healthy way of living we will have many great give-aways including...
- Each guest that attends will receive a Free 7 day pass to Lifestyle Family Fitness. Visit their site at www.LFF.com
- One guest will win a 30 minute Massage courtesy of Sarah Adin, LMBT.
- One guest will receive free products from Juice Plus courtesy of Pamela Burchfield.
- One guest will receive free Chocolate from Xocai Healty Chocolate.
We will also be hearing from Shannon Miller of Hippo Internet Marketing. In this information age we need to know how to advertise our businesses online. Visit www.HippoIMT.com for more info.
As always, each registered guest will receive a comprehensive contact list of each person that attends the meeting. Our networking events are a step above the rest, so please plan to attend, invite guests and take your business to the next level!

Grassroots Business Network
ATTENTION!! Small business owners, direct sellers, or anyone with a budding entrepreneurial endeavour.
If you are looking for a serious minded group of professionals to surround yourself with, that will assist you in growing your business.....you have found it!!
Grassroots Business Network organizes and promotes quality networking events. We never host our events in bars or restaurants, as we believe these venues are not conducive to effective networking. If you take time away from your family and business, it should be worth it.
We have monthly networking events where members are given the opportunity to be a featured entrepreneur or a guest speaker. Members also participate by giving away a sample of their product in a business card drawing of guest attending the event. Members may also provide items we use during the event (pens, bags, writing tablets) with their logo and information on them to provide one more way to promote themselves.
If you have just started a business, or are ready to take your business to the next level, please visit www.gbnllc.com for more information on becoming a member of the Grassroots Business Network.
Our most recent event was held on 4/10/08 at Providence Country Club. We had over 30 guest in attendance that heard from our expert panel, met two of our featured entrepreneurs, and later received a comprehensive contact list of each person in attendance.
To learn more about our members you may also visit us at www.businessnetwork.meetup.com/428.
